Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required, for a full refund - subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or $30, whichever is lower.
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery to remote areas may take a few additional days. If we're unable to ship to a particular location, we'll contact you to find a solution together.

No. Any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price.
Estimated delivery is 10 business days. Orders received by 1:00 PM are processed from the next business day, which counts as the first business day. During periods of unusual carrier demand (such as force majeure, conflict, or holidays), delivery may be subject to an additional delay of 1–5 business days.
Sealed, unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If there's a price difference between the original and the new product, we'll arrange it together - either as a top-up payment or a credit in your favour, depending on the value of the exchanged item. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Items received as gifts, for which no payment was made, are not eligible for exchange or refund.
